Submission of applications for information disclosure, including fees for the information provided is governed by the Act on Free Access to Information No. 106/1999 Coll.
Being the mandatory subject, the Institute for State Control of Veterinary Biologicals and Medicines will only provide the applicant with the public information related to its scope of competency and not exceeding its powers
In accordance with § 17 of the Act No 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, the Institute made public the guidance documents ÚSKVBL/UST – 01/2008 and ÚSKVBL/UST – 02/2008 establishing the detailed conditions for making an application for provision of information; and containing a List of fees for actions related to provision of information and services of the professional library.
